We start by holding a consultation. This can be done in-store in our many locations or online. Here you have the opportunity to discuss your dream home with our happy home designers while they explain the logistics and propose a non-binding offer. Should you agree, then you will be sent a final contract a few days detailing the estimated cost, time, and terms.
After signing, our designers will start shopping and planning your house. You will be brought along on any major decisions or potential proposals.
After a few months, everything should have arrived for our designers to start working on your home. You will be given an exact date for when you can return to your new home
A Nook homes representative will guide you through your new home once finished. Here you can ask if you have any final questions or concerns.
